    Did you add orange juice at the end? Dry rub? Good stuff, sliced avocado.

      This may have been a less than traditional recipe — which apparently involves frying the pork in large quantities of lard. It was a slow cooker recipe where the pork simmers all day long and then is finished under the broiler to crisp it up. The recipe included garlic, onion, cumin, oregano, the juice of an orange and the juice of a lime. Slow cook 8-10 hours. Then break up the meat and broil for 5-10 minutes. It came out pretty good. I also made a quick salsa verde (serrano, cilantro, garlic, onion, lime juice) to add to the tacos.
