KingMidget's Ramblings

Pull up a chair. Let's talk.

Done your good deed for the day yet?

There are a few self-published books I’ve read so far that struck me as being incredible examples of what can be done even without the support of a traditional publisher. Carrie Rubin’s The Seneca Scourge, Jane Thomson’s Deeper, and, well, this little one. Tammy Robinson’s Charlie and Pearl. I’ll never know what it was or why, but this story hit me in the gut and in the head. It’s just so good and it’s the type of self-published work I’m proud to suggest to the readers of this blog. She’s handing it out free for the Kindle. Go get it. Better yet, wait until it’s not free anymore and plop down a buck or two. It is so worth it.
