KingMidget's Ramblings

Pull up a chair. Let's talk.

The Risk-Reward of Free

You know what happens when you offer your book for free on Kindle?  470 people download it in the first few hours.  Which ranks it #6,169 in the Kindle Free category.  You make no money, but something good could come of it, right?

[Edited to Add:  Two hours later, we’re at 777 free downloads, ranked 1,670 in the Free Kindle Store, and #5 in Free Legal Thrillers.  Ah, the joy of free.]

Wouldn’t say that Bridgeport is literature. Wait for Weed Therapy, the Irrepairable Past, and K Street Stories.

Good luck! I don’t have the option of doing a free giveaway, so I’ll have to live vicariously through you. You’re currently #9 in legal thrillers. That’s fabulous!

Yes … I’m not sure if that’s #9 in free legal thrillers or all legal thrillers. I did the free option with my short stories awhile back and it didn’t do much for me. Hopefully, there will at least be more reviews that come out of it.
