Dinner is Served

What does King Midget do after baking 76 loaves of challah on Saturday and two very large loaves Sunday morning (as well as 90 challah rolls)?  Stay home and have pizza.  Something basic — homemade pesto with basil from the garden, mozzarella cheese, prosciutto and the required dusting of parmesan cheese.

Would you ever want to open your own pizzeria?

Open a pizzeria for one. Or maybe two. You and your best beloved!

There’s a guy who used to have a pizza place in New York … he made enough dough to make 100 pizzas a day. He believed his pizza was worth much more than he could actually sell it for, but for the few years he was open, his was considered some of the best. I don’t think my pizza is that good … but I like the idea of100 pizzas a day. Just would need the right location … which really doesn’t exist where I live.
